This year has been tough–in different ways for different people. Zoom has turned us into zombies. We’ve sent a million emails, slacks, and messages, but we seem less connected than ever. As we re-enter our face to face workplace, how can we process the major and minor damages we have all been through so we can start to recover and get back to work?
In our three-part Teams in Transition Workshop Series, Merlin Works will guide your team through that process. In the first session, we get everyone present and in the moment–laughing, playing, and relaxing in-person. This is how we start to rebuild and repair work relationships. Second, we take some time to acknowledge how we as individuals and a collective have changed. We take time to grieve what we have lost and empathize with each others struggles. Third, through interactive exercises, we co-create a vision for the future. We start to dream and plan big again, while making the many changes that were long overdue. Each workshop is approximately 2 hours, delivered over a series of weeks, and is led in-person by our trained professional facilitators, each with a strong background in improvisation and leadership.
